TORSION SPRINGS

Torsion spring is a widely used type of spring, specifically designed to store and release torque, making them ideal for applications requiring rotational motion. Its primary structure consists of helical coils, with precisely designed ends (spring legs) to introduce torque and match the pivot points or attachments in the application. Torsion spring offers flexible and diverse applications, including door hinges, clamps, valves, electronic devices and automotive components, where angular movement and torque support are needed. Depending on specific requirements, two torsion springs with opposite winding directions (one right-hand and one left-hand) are often used. In some cases, they can be combined into a double torsion spring structure to enhance performance and save space.

We provide both standard torsion springs and customized solutions, with material options including carbon steel, nickel alloys, titanium alloys and copper alloys. Our cold coiling process can handle wire diameters up to 18mm, while larger diameters are processed using hot coiling. Additionally, for certain high-performance applications, square-section materials can be used to meet specific requirements.

Our torsion spring products can be precisely tailored to customer needs, including custom leg shapes and various mounting options, ensuring optimal performance across different industries. Whether for high-precision, small-scale applications or heavy-duty industrial uses, our torsion springs offer reliable and effective solutions.
