COMPRESSION SPRINGS

Compression spring is one of the most common types of spring, designed to provide a reactive force when compressed. It is widely used in various industrial and consumer products. Typically cylindrical and linear in structure, compression spring also comes in other shapes, such as conical, barrel and double-conical, to meet diverse application requirements. The design can be flexibly adjusted to offer different elasticity characteristics, load capacities and displacement ranges. This spring is used for energy absorption and storage with providing stable support and cushioning external impacts.

We offer both standard stock compression springs and customized solutions, with material options including carbon steel, nickel alloys, titanium alloys, copper alloys and more. Our manufacturing processes include both cold coiling and hot coiling, capable of handling wire diameters from very small up to 65mm. Depending on application requirements, we also provide a range of secondary processes, such as heat treatment, shot peening, presetting and various surface treatments, which will enhance the durability, corrosion resistance and appearance of the springs.

Whether for high-precision miniature springs or heavy-duty industrial-grade springs, our compression springs meet the stringent demands of different industries, providing customers with reliable and efficient solutions.
